Shape up with the Spring into Action challenge

Placing a ten pound bag of flour into your grocery cart may not feel too heavy, but how would it feel if you had to carry it for an entire day? Most likely you would start to ache, feel stressed, and become a bit moody by the end of the day. Now, imagine how relieved and light you’d feel after setting it down. So, how does this differ from the extra weight we carry around with us every day? Are you achy, stressed, and possibly a bit moody by the end of the day? Hmmm….maybe it’s time to do something about it.

Join the Spring into Action Challenge
Move. That’s right. Just move. Put the remote control down, get off the couch, and join the Spring into Action Challenge on April 1. It’s easy. Just engage in 20 minutes of physical activity five times a week. Complete the challenge and you’ll earn 5 Reward Points toward your $50 prepaid card, plus you’ll be entered to win up to $250!
